X Monitor computes a 0–100 composite bot score using 18 signals grouped into four categories: behavioral (posting bursts, reply patterns), network (follower/following ratios, interaction density), content (repetition, template matching), and profile (account age, bio analysis). Each signal is explained individually so you can cite the methodology in any report.
Any public X account you add to your watchlist counts as one tracked account. Hashtags and topics (including keywords and compound phrases) count against your hashtag quota. You can mix accounts and hashtags freely within your plan's limits.
X Monitor only tracks publicly accessible content — the same information any user can view on X. Private accounts and suspended accounts cannot be tracked. If an account is suspended after you add it, monitoring pauses automatically.
Our scraper runs every 3 minutes on active subjects. Bot scores are recalculated incrementally as new data arrives. Network graphs and campaign clusters are rebuilt every 15 minutes. You can also trigger a manual refresh on any subject from your dashboard.
Pro and Enterprise plans support full exports in CSV, JSON, and SQL formats — covering all signals, scores, timelines, and network edges. You can also schedule recurring exports or trigger them via the REST API. The Free plan includes limited CSV export of bot scores only.
